How Plansio uses cookies

Plansio uses a small number of browser cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to run the service. Optional analytics are only enabled after you opt in.

Strictly necessary cookies

• • plansio_session: keeps an organizer session available between page loads after sign-in.
• • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you selected so the app opens in the same language next time.
• • plansio_analytics_consent: stores your analytics choice so we can remember whether analytics is allowed or blocked.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Plansio loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page usage and product events in aggregate.

The implementation is configured to avoid sending names, emails, free-text descriptions, locations, admin routes, or tokenized URLs. Analytics page paths are sanitized before they are sent.

How to manage your choice

• • Use the cookie banner when it appears on first visit.
• • Use the cookie settings link in the footer to reopen your choice later.
• • You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

What happens if you reject analytics

Plansio continues to work normally with only the necessary cookies listed above.

Rejecting analytics disables future analytics tracking from Plansio and attempts to clear common Google Analytics cookies set on the site.
